Nice day out, after the rainy weekend which stuck around as clouds for a couple extra days. We found out yesterday afternoon that the apraiser was coming out to the house this morning, so did some quicky cleaning...what fun. She came and measured and took some pics and looked around and asked a few questions, and left. Since it doesn't need to be worth very much (relative to other houses this size in the area) it's not a real big deal, the new mortgage should go thru ok.
Although if it's too high we'll probably want more valuation on the insurance policy!
On the domestic front, our 21 anniversary is only a month away. Maybe I'll remember to plan something this time? middle aged guys and romance seem to be mutually exclusive, I don't know why.
The twins should be home soon, they had a half day today. And mom went to visit them in school this morning, it's their day in GATE (at the distant school rather than their normal one) and she's the technical advisor on a project they're working on with another student.
All that housecleaning wears me out, and I doubt I even spent 3 hours at it. Maybe it's the concept that is tiring.
