we made it back from vegas baby! last night, a little after dark. Fun trip, the birthday party went well, T gave his missus a Bahamas cruise (!) this coming November (with him, his sister, and a friend of them all)
T got good and drunk, and got to go to bed early and sleep.....they take parties seriously, with a portapot in the back yard, a couple kegs, margarita machines, etc. The theme was "margaritaville", with signs, grass skirts on the tables (and on T), etc. My boys played quite a bit of volleyball and swam a bunch, little Steven is really sore from the workout--he's not used to it! but Kevin did fine, having just finished PE summer school.
We hauled a couple of engines home, too.
Wife is back on her normal schedule, up and off to work bright and early, and home by 3:30.
