10/22 - 10pm
what a long day, was at the car show from before 7 till 4, then went back into town around 6 and got back around 9. It's hard work having so much fun!
Sure was a beautiful day today, sunny, cool in the morning, warming up to warm (not hot) in the afternoon, sunny, light breeze...what one friend calls "chamber of commerce weather".
neighbor kid brought his VW to the car show, after I twisted his arm last night. That car is running bad, it's on the 4th engine and 3rd transmission, and has low compression in a couple cylinders. Again. But it is neat looking, a 1969 squareback with the quarter windows filled in to make it a sedan delivery, painted yellow.
I think it's time to read my book till I get sleepy.
