10/26 - 10pm and a little bit
it's thursday already?
I accidently surfed one of the two channels we get on tv, the news was on, they were showing the gala festivities in Tombstone.
The boys went up to the university today on a field trip to some engieering thingy, apparently 8 kids from four high schools were there. I got a call from wife who was up early to take the test for her class there, and she said she saw the boys as they were heading off towards the van to go home. then I got a call from little Kevin, who said the van was in a wreck (!) as they were just starting to leave...he said they could still drive the van, but they'd be late. As it was almost getting dark, about an hour and a half after they should have been home, he called again and said they were at the school, come get them. So I did, the van looked pretty good with the side door caved in and duct tape where one window used to be. I guess little Gary was sitting right by that window, they were in the parking garage going to the exit and a cute blond in a little SUV backed out right into them without looking at all...and then asked "whose fault is it?". Apparently it was pretty obvious to the police.
And they're going on another field trip tomorrow after school, to a robot thing in Phoenix. full schedule!
