10/27 - 10pm exactly
Today the little boys got to go back in a school van for an overnight trip to a robot thing in Phoenix. Plenty of crash jokes.
Wife and I went out to the sonic for dinner, and then rented a movie, and came home...and the water wasn't working. soon the neighbor who takes care of the shared well called and said the pump was dead and he'd try to get a well company out in a few days to fix it. He called back a little later and said they'd be out tomorrow, so maybe we'll have water again?
What fun.
We've been out here 13 years, this is the first time the well quit, so I guess we're doing ok, especially compared to my friends who live in Horseshoe Estates.
But since there's no water to take a shower...I guess we won't enjoy the benefits of not having kids in the house....not that they've ever stopped us before ;)
