2/19 - SNL time
Another day in the life. Went to take his car to the memorial, and it wouldn't start. huh. So several guys pushed it out of the garage, and we tried to push start it, no dice. Borrowed jumper cables from the neighbor, got it going, and off I went. Wife followed in the 55 (second time she's ever driven it!)
Lots of people showed up, it quit sprinking after a little bit and the blue sky opened up over us....people told stories, even I went over the mic and told about the Vette. Then we all stood around and talked for a couple hours.
Not bad for a funeral, but still an exhausting day.
I did get around to seeing what's wrong with the dishwasher--turns out the seal on the pump is leaking. Since it's about 8 yrs old, I guess it's time for a new DW (Dora Winifred?) so we stopped by home despot and found they sell one similar for under $300. I guess we'll go get one tomorrow. More fun.
